Welcome to ProIntel Tax. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProIntel Tax website, client portal, mobile application, and tax preparation services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading tax or personal information
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of our platform

Account Registration

To use our client portal or app, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Tax Preparation Services

ProIntel Tax provides professional tax preparation and related services. By submitting your documents through our portal or app, you authorize us to prepare and, where applicable, electronically file your tax return on your behalf.

• You are responsible for reviewing your completed return for accuracy before it is filed.
• Final review and approval of your return is required before submission to the IRS or applicable state agency.
• Payment is required prior to release of your completed return for filing.

Audit Protection

Audit Protection is an optional service available for a flat fee of $75 per tax season. Enrollment and coverage details are outlined separately at the time of purchase. Audit Protection does not cover instances of fraud, intentional misrepresentation, or issues unrelated to the return we prepared.

Fees and Payment

All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to filing. Fees are due upon completion of your return and before your return is released or filed. We do not charge hidden fees beyond what is disclosed at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ProIntel Tax and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProIntel Tax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to errors in tax filings resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
